Overview National Debt Relief (NDR) is seeking a Data Engineer to join our Data Engineering team and help build, operate, and improve the data platform that supports analytics and decision-making across the business. Reporting to the Senior Data Engineering Manager, this role will work across our Snowflake-based platform, including ingestion, orchestration, transformation, and analytics-ready data models. We are an AI-first engineering team, and AI coding agents are a core part of how we develop and maintain our platform. Success in this role requires strong technical judgment, a clear understanding of the systems and data you support, and ownership of production outcomes. The ideal candidate brings strong SQL and data modeling fundamentals, strong depth in at least one area of the modern data stack, and the ability to work effectively across the broader platform. This role is well suited for an engineer who is curious, proactive, and focused on delivering reliable, maintainable data solutions.
