Senior Cloud Operations Engineer

Overview The Senior Cloud Operations Engineer provides hands-on operational ownership of AWS cloud environments to improve reliability, observability, performance, capacity, cost efficiency, automation, and disaster recovery readiness. This role will ensure accountability and internal ownership of day-to-day cloud operations by collaborating with vendors and MSP. This position leads operational incident and problem resolution, improves runbooks and automation, and oversees managed-service-provider execution. It partners with architecture, security, application development, migration, product, and emerging-technology teams to ensure approved solutions are production-ready and sustainably operated.
