International Baccalaureate (IB) Teacher – Remote, Independent Contractor

Company: Nao Now Location: Fully Remote Position Type: Independent Contractor Schedule: Part-time (10 hours per week minimum) Compensation: Starting at $20.00 USD per hour About the Role Nao Now is looking for experienced and engaging educators who are familiar with the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum and approach to learning to support our young learners. This is a fully remote, part-time independent contractor position where you'll teach 1-on-1 English lessons to children ages 5–12 using our structured, interactive curriculum. We're especially interested in educators who have experience working in IB schools or with IB programs , and who understand how to encourage inquiry, critical thinking, communication, and learner independence. If you have experience with the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) or other IB programmes and enjoy making learning meaningful, engaging, and student-centered, we'd love to hear from you. No lesson planning is required. All curriculum and teaching materials are provided, allowing you to focus on delivering engaging lessons and helping students build confidence in communicating in English.
