Senior Systems Engineer - Medical Industry

We're looking for Senior Systems Engineer, you will help translate product and stakeholder needs into clear, structured and testable system requirements . You will work across product, systems, hardware, software and testing teams to make sure everyone has a shared understanding of what needs to be built, why it is needed, and how we will know it works . You will own the requirements process for the features within your scope, from initial definition through development and validation. Understand and define requirements Work with stakeholders and engineering teams to understand the needs and objectives behind new features. Translate those needs into clear, structured technical and system requirements. Break high-level product requirements down into the appropriate level of detail for system, hardware and software teams. Define relevant use cases, system behaviours, interfaces, constraints, quality attributes and non-functional requirements. Support hardware and software teams when they need to further refine requirements within their areas. Align teams around the requirements Facilitate requirements discussions and reviews across product, system, hardware, software and test teams. Resolve gaps, ambiguities and conflicting requirements before they become engineering problems.
