Role Overview The Talent Manager owns and grows relationships with an assigned talent roster and actively recruits new creators to Mythic Talent . You're the primary advocate, strategist, and long-term partner for your talent, making sure they feel supported, valued, and aligned with both their own goals and Mythic's broader vision. Success is measured by talent retention and new talent signings. The right person is relationship-driven, highly organized, proactive, and deeply invested in creators' long-term success. Key responsibilities Talent relationship ownership Serve as the primary relationship owner and main point of contact for assigned talent — their trusted representative and advocate inside Mythic Build long-term relationships grounded in trust and transparency, aligned with each creator's career goals Keep regular, proactive communication going to understand talent goals, needs, concerns, and feedback Advocate for talent internally so their needs are clearly communicated and addressed across teams Handle sensitive conversations, escalations, performance concerns, and strategic planning directly
