You bring broad expertise across infrastructure, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, AI, automation, and services, along with the ability to translate complex technologies into practical strategies that advance clients’ business objectives. About The Role The Director of Client Solutions Architects for the Northeast leads the regional Client Solutions Architect team and helps customers connect business priorities to practical technology solutions and services. This is a player-coach role that balances team leadership with client-facing responsibilities. The Director coaches and develops CSAs, helps allocate resources across the territory, supports complex pursuits, and may step directly into a CSA role for key customers when additional leadership, continuity, or thought leadership is needed. The Director works closely with Account Executives, CSAs, Specialists, Practice leaders, Professional Services, Managed Services, and strategic technology partners to improve solution quality, strengthen customer relationships, and support growth across Northeast accounts. Success is measured by the performance and development of the CSA team, the quality of customer engagements, effective support for priority accounts, and the ability to turn customer needs into well-scoped opportunities across Myriad360 's capabilities.
