About the Role We’re seeking a Part-Time Senior Hiring Specialist who brings both strategy and hustle. This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter who enjoys variety, autonomy, and the challenge of finding talent across industries and levels. You’ll typically work 15–20 hours per week, spread across 5 days, with the ability to flex up to 25–30 hours during peak hiring periods.
