This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a remote working environment and is adept at both creating stunning high-end residential interiors and managing architectural projects with precision and creativity. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed architectural and interior design drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Lumion. Engage with clients to establish design objectives and requirements, ensuring alignment with luxury standards. Manage all phases of design and drafting from initial concept through to final completion. Utilize advanced modeling techniques to create innovative solutions for complex design challenges. Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes and regulations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive space understanding. Source materials within project and budget parameters and supervise installation to meet design specifications. Address and resolve any client concerns post-installation. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
