The Private Placement Operations Specialist supports the ongoing administration of private placement debt investments after closing, including security setup, payment and cash monitoring, issuer reporting, amendments, maturities, prepayments, and regulatory reporting. They serves as a gateway into Private Placement Investments, providing foundational exposure to our work, our mission, and the value the team delivers. Ensures compliance with note purchase agreements, investment requirements, regulatory reporting obligations, and internal controls while supporting portfolio management, investment accounting, and operational risk management activities.
