The Business Systems Analyst supports the Adjudicators team within Senior Health, working in the Medicare Supplement (Med Supp) Claims space. This role partners with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to analyze business needs, improve processes, and deliver technology solutions that support organizational objectives. The Business Systems Analyst gathers and analyzes requirements, evaluates impacts across systems and operations, supports implementation efforts, and provides recommendations that drive business value. Serving as a liaison between business and technical teams, this role helps ensure solutions align with strategic goals, operational needs, and customer expectations. WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU: Estimated Salary (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications): Business Systems Analyst I: $25.50-$32.00 Hourly, plus annual bonus opportunity. Business Systems Analyst II: $59,800-$76,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
