In this role you will partner with senior leaders and management teams to advance business objectives through strategic planning, communication, change management, organizational development, operational effectiveness, training development and delivery, and culture initiatives that drive continuous improvement. WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU: Estimated Salary (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications): Associate Business Program Consultant: $68,000 - $85,000 plus annual bonus opportunity. Business Program Consultant: $85,000 - $110,000, plus annual bonus opportunity. Sr Business Consultant: $110,000 - $125,000, plus annual bonus opportunity. 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Strategic Planning and Project Management: Works with management teams to prioritize and manage strategic initiatives and departmental projects in support of business objectives. Collaborates with stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes, process improvements, and actionable insights. Supports annual strategic and business planning, establishes and tracks departmental metrics, manages strategic initiatives and project portfolios, and contributes recommendations to the annual budgeting process.
