The role combines individualized mentoring, participation in evaluation committees, document management, and proactive monitoring of student engagement in the Learning Management System (LMS). Success in this role requires deep technical knowledge in the field, a solid foundation in research methodology, and a commitment to promoting an inclusive and motivating academic experience. Responsibilities Conduct meetings with students according to the pre-approved mentoring calendar, providing guidance on topic selection, research design, and project milestones. Monitor each stage of the Final Project, check intermediate deliverables, and ensure compliance with established deadlines.
