Strategic Consultant

Reporting to the Manager, Consulting Services, the key focus of a Strategic Consultant is to nurture strong team and client relationships throughout assigned projects, based on clients’ contract specifications originating from the Client Success Executive group and the Implementation Team. The responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Commitment to solving business problems, with a focus on value above expectations Own the client onboarding experience by planning, executing, coordinating client activities, tracking progress, and managing risks at all times. Actively participate in continually improving processes and team initiatives Support the Client Success Group as a technical resource when working with clients on End Month End assessments and in-depth quoting.
