Director of Finance

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Director of Finance is responsible for the sound financial management of Multiview and the delivery of efficient, value-added financial and administrative services. The incumbent leads the regular operations of the finance team and strive to support and improve the operations of the whole company. The Director of Finance provides guidance and direction on financial and operating priorities to ensure that Multiview operates in accordance with organizational strategic directions and manages the financial and accounting department for Multiview. The incumbent oversees all accounting function for Multiview’s US and Canadian operations, evaluating, and directing accounting, audits, development of financial policies, procedures that need implementation. Oversee monthly consolidated financial statements, annual budget preparations, executive payrolls, financial reports, and analysis for the chief executives. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Finance leadership: Oversee activities associated with the finance and accounting function. Oversee accurate and timely financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders including the CFO and CEO Manage the accounting function including A/P, A/R, Collections, Payroll, etc. Lead and drive monthly and quarterly close cycles Ensure tax and compliance filings including S&U tax compliance and nexus analysis Develop, implement, and apply accounting and finance policies and procedures in accordance with GAAP P
