Data Engineer II

This position is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise data platforms that enable insights into customer data. The Data Engineer will use knowledge in SQL and Python to execute projects and tasks of high quality, with a high level of precision and within established deadlines. Main duties and responsibilities Design, code, test, fix, and document programs and scripts using agreed standards and tools, ensuring well-structured results. Ensure data quality and implement tools and frameworks to automate the identification of data quality issues. Perform data source profiling and develop ETL processes, with knowledge of data modeling fundamentals, using SQL, Python, and ETL/ELT support tools. Assist management in creating estimates and proposals for clients. Plan effective solutions for data storage, security, sharing, and publishing within the organization. Create and update documentation for process flows and business rules. Keep existing flows up to date and process large volumes of data as needed. Between 3 and 5 years of experience in Data Engineering and/or Data Warehousing. Experience in designing and developing ETL/ELT data pipelines. Strong analytical capability, with the ability to understand and communicate the meaning of presented data. Excellent knowledge
