Job Description As a Senior Safety & Prevention Advisor, you will work closely with the internal prevention advisor of our clients and provide advice on safety projects. You will support the creation and follow-up of: Risk analyses, annual action plans, and global prevention plans. CE dossiers, LOTO procedures, and emergency and evacuation plans. In addition, you will translate safety policies to the shop floor by: Creating toolboxes and training employees in safe working practices. Providing support during near-misses and accidents, and conducting investigations. Identifying new opportunities for safety optimizations and contributing to the growth of our consultancy services. At least 10 years of relevant experience in a production environment. Passion for occupational safety and well-being legislation. Strong communication skills. Independent, proactive, and resourceful.
