In this role, you’ll support patients throughout their treatment journey, improving their care and access to healthcare through safe, evidence-based and patient-centred telehealth services. This role covers morning and evening shifts across weekdays and weekends. Split-shift options may be available, for example 6 am–10 am and 6 pm–10 pm, with agreed hours based on service needs and your availability. Review patient information and health questionnaires within your nursing scope and established clinical pathways. Identify missing information and follow up with patients to clarify their responses.
