Job Description Summary ‎ The Workday Configuration Lead is responsible for leading the configuration, optimization, and support of Workday Recruiting, Onboarding, and Talent Management solutions. This role serves as the primary subject matter expert for talent-related Workday functionality and partners closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and business leaders to deliver scalable solutions that enhance the employee lifecycle experience. The ideal candidate possesses deep Workday configuration expertise, strong project leadership skills, and a passion for driving process improvements through technology.
