E-Commerce Specialist | E-Commerce Store Manager | Remote

Manhna Marketing Solutions Company is looking for creative individuals to work with it and its partners in the following position! E-commerce Store Manager to establish, manage, and operate the e-commerce store. 1- Core tasks: Establishing the e-commerce store. Daily management and operation of the e-commerce store, including tracking and executing orders, and monitoring shipping and delivery. Improving the user experience for customers on the site, including improving the user interface, facilitating the purchasing process, and providing clear information about products and services. Following up with customers after orders are dispatched. Periodically updating the e-commerce store's data and content. Analyzing sales data and financial metrics to measure store performance. Constantly preparing reports on site performance. Overseeing and supervising Search Engine Optimization (SEO). Creating a store-specific strategy to continuously improve store performance. Must-haves: 2+ years of experience in e-commerce tools such as: Shopify, Wix stores, WooCommerce, Salla, Zid. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or E-commerce. Experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO). A strong portfolio demonstrating your results. Experience with Saudi culture (e.g., 2+ years working with Saudi companies, 2+ years living in Saudi Arabia). Nature of work: Working remotely from anywhere, provided you are consistently available during working hours in Makkah time zone. Full-time (8 hours daily) or part-time (4 hours daily), 5 days a week | Friday and Saturday are weekly off days.
