JOB DESCRIPTION Job Summary Provides subject matter expertise and leadership for data intelligence activities for Molina request for proposals (RFPs) for new or reprocuring business. Drives business growth and strategy within the Medicaid, Dual Eligible Special Needs Plan (DSNP) and Marketplace lines of business through data intelligence and research and analysis efforts. Collaborates cross-functionally across the Molina enterprise to develop a compelling library of data points/proof points and competitor analysis of bid responses across the Medicaid managed care industry. Provides data/proof points to proposal writers to strengthen RFP responses. Develops data intelligence strategies and processes to enhance the quality of Molina’s content to drive efficiency, and ensure Molina is leveraging formal competitor content and scoring analysis databases and processes.
