MTSI is currently seeking to hire a Financial System Analyst to join our Finance team. This role is 100% remote. Overview We are seeking an accomplished technology leader with deep expertise in Deltek Costpoint, enterprise system integrations (including SAP/HR, ADP and Workday Adaptive), and advanced SQL/PL-SQL development. This senior-level role is responsible for defining technical architecture, integration strategy, and data governance framework supporting mission-critical financial, HR, and business operational processes. The Financial System Analyst will drive long-term modernization initiatives, ensure data integrity across the enterprise ecosystem, and provide strategic guidance to technical teams and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate excels at translating business requirements into efficient, scalable technical solutions while maintaining system stability, data accuracy, and process automation. Key Responsibilities Lead the architectural design, roadmap planning, and governance for Costpoint and its integrations with enterprise systems.
