Title: Human Resources Generalist Location: Boston, MA (Remote Currently – likely moving to remote/hybrid in 2027) Hiring Range: $80,000 - $92,500 annually Summary: The Human Resources Generalist helps shape workforce plans by analyzing internal and external trends that may affect the business. The role provides practical HR consultation and support while executing strategies that advance business objectives. Working closely with HR management and company leadership, the Human Resources Generalist supports the implementation of key programs, including talent acquisition, corporate policies, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives.
