Remote Position for Health Managers in Sales for Digital Rehabilitation

For our prospect analysis division, we are looking for structured, communicative health managers who think analytically, recognize potential, and want to grow with us. Your role: Initial contact & structured needs analysis (including knee analysis). In this position, you conduct discussions with new prospects, clarify their individual situation, and decide whether our coaching program is suitable for them. A central element of your work is the knee analysis: a structured assessment of the current state where you analyze complaints, functional limitations, training history, goals, and willingness to change. Your tasks at a glance: Telephone initial consultations with incoming prospects; conducting the knee analysis as a systematic needs assessment; recognizing potential and fit for coaching; decision: qualifying or disqualifying for a follow-up consultation.
