Remote Position for Sports Scientists / Fitness Economists in Digital Rehabilitation Sales (m/f/d)

For our lead analysis division, we are looking for structured, highly communicative sports economists/fitness economists who think analytically, recognize potential, and want to grow with us. Your role: Initial contact & structured needs analysis (incl. knee analysis). In this position, you will conduct conversations with new prospective clients, clarify their individual situations, and determine whether our coaching program is suitable for them. A central element of your work is the knee analysis: a structured assessment of the current state where you analyze symptoms, functional limitations, training history, goals, and readiness for change. Your tasks at a glance: Initial phone consultations with incoming leads; conducting the knee analysis as a systematic needs assessment; identifying potential and fit for our program; deciding whether to qualify or disqualify leads for a follow-up consultation; coordination.
