What You'll Do As a Payroll Specialist, you'll be responsible for processing bi-weekly payrolls while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Beyond payroll processing, you'll play an important role in supporting reporting, audits, employee inquiries, and continuous process improvements. Responsibilities include: Process full-cycle, multi-state payroll using Workday Payroll Ensure payroll transactions are accurate, timely, and compliant with applicable laws and regulations Maintain payroll records and process salary changes, bonuses, commissions, and other employee transactions Manage payroll-related deductions, including garnishments and tax administration through ADP SmartCompliance Prepare payroll reports, reconciliation
