Director, Analytics

Director, Analytics We are seeking a strategic and highly collaborative Director, Analytics to set the vision for measurement and analytics across key accounts, lead client relationships, and scale data-driven solutions that improve media effectiveness and business performance. In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally with clients, strategists, planners, and data partners to design measurement frameworks, lead advanced analytics projects, and elevate the role of data within our organization. This is both a hands-on and leadership role, ideal for someone who is as comfortable diving into the data as they are leading conversations with senior clients Key Responsibilities: Build and develop a deep understanding of the client's strategic issues, initiatives, and competitive positions. Use this information to measurement frameworks and reporting roadmaps Ensure that analytics efforts lead to clear, compelling and actionable insights; and insightful narratives are constructed through sophisticated analytics techniques Create and support executive level presentations and analysis of analytic and data solutions to support client needs Oversee the development of dashboards, campaign performance reports, and advanced measurement (e.g., brand health, incrementality, A/B testing, etc.).
