Junior Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and technically curious Project Coordinator to join our Program Management Office (PMO). This role is ideal for an early-career professional who enjoys combining project coordination with technology and automation. You will work closely with Project Managers and the Program Manager, supporting day-to-day project operations, documentation, reporting, and cross-functional communication while contributing to internal process improvement initiatives. We are looking for someone with strong growth potential who can quickly expand beyond administrative responsibilities and evolve into a more advanced project management, operations, or technical role within the organization. A key differentiator for this position is a demonstrated interest in programming and automation, enabling you to build lightweight solutions that improve PMO efficiency and reduce dependency on development teams. Maintain project documentation, reports, trackers, and PMO records to ensure accuracy and compliance. Prepare presentations, status reports, meeting materials, and executive communications. Coordinate meetings, workshops, and project reviews, including agenda preparation, note-taking, and action-item tracking.
