Events Specialist

MinIO 's Events Specialist supports execution across Marquee, Trade Show, Regional, and Community events, including logistics, on-site operations, and post-event reporting. It's an entry-level role with broad exposure to event marketing, working directly with the Director of Field Marketing & Events. A strong fit for a recent graduate who's detail-oriented, comfortable with ambiguity, and excited to learn by doing. What You Will Do: Coordinate logistics and vendors for US trade shows and marquee events, including booth build, shipping, and on-site setup/teardown Build and manage on-site staffing schedules and shift coverage for US event presence Run lead and badge-scan operations at events Set up and manage post-event follow-up flows (email sequences, SFDC lead routing) Draft first-pass post-event reports against the standardized reporting format Support logistics for US regional events, including executive dinners, happy hours, and local activations (venue sourcing, catering, invite/RSVP management) Support Community/Deve
