Reporting to the Senior Director, US Field Excellence, the Director, Virtual Engagement will play a critical role in enabling Mineralys' first commercial launch. This leader will build a new virtual engagement capability that covers open and remote territories and extends reach to priority HCPs the field cannot see often enough. The Director will lead the virtual engagement team, and will work closely with field sales leadership, field sales, marketing and the field sales excellence. Key Responsibilities Model & Launch Design the virtual engagement model, including staffing approach, coverage rules and the triggers for covering vacant territories. • Recommend whether to staff the team through a vendor or with employees, and build the business case. • Stand up the team for launch, including hiring or vendor selection, onboarding and certification with Training & Effectiveness.
