Free your mind @mindsquare! 📅 Start: Immediate 💼 Employment: Full-time 💻 Department: IT Consulting 📍Location: Remote, hybrid, or on-site at the client Your Responsibilities As a Senior / Lead SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant (m/w/d), you will shape our clients' core digital HR systems. Your focus is on stable data models, clear organizational structures, and future-proof HR processes within the SAP SuccessFactors environment. You will apply your experience where sustainable decisions are made. You will design and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central as the central HR master data system and ensure the accurate representation of organizational, employee, and process structures. In projects, you will take on functional responsibility for Employee Central topics and work closely with project management, adjacent modules, and the client side. You will holistically analyze client requirements and translate them into robust, maintainable EC solutions based on proven SAP standards. You will moderate workshops, advise on best practices, and accompany decisions.
