Job Overview Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Internal Audit, Risk & Compliance to lead internal audit, risk management, and regulatory compliance functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strengthening governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing enterprise risk, overseeing internal audits, and driving a strong culture of accountability and operational excellence across the organization. Key Responsibilities Ensure full compliance with all AML/CFT laws and regulations, acting as the designated Compliance Officer and liaison with the FIU and other regulatory authorities. Develop, implement, and monitor AML/CFT policies, procedures, and risk management frameworks, oversee customer due diligence and transaction monitoring, and report key compliance matters to the Board. Oversee compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act No. 09 of 2022 and act as the designated Data Protection Officer (DPO).
