The role The Senior PWP (Clinical Performance & Governance) plays a vital role in supporting the maintenance and elevation of clinical governance standards across all of our contracts. Working alongside the Clinical Performance Manager, Clinical Performance Coordinator, Customer Success Managers, and the wider clinical team, this role combines analytical oversight with hands-on clinical leadership. Key objectives include leading clinical audits, conducting data deep dives into outcome metrics, managing discharge and risk processes, and supporting training initiatives to drive service quality.
