Business Development Director

We are now looking for an ambitious and experienced Business Development Director to accelerate our growth across the UK healthcare market. The opportunity This is a senior, commercially focused role with significant autonomy and direct accountability for new business growth. Your primary focus will be accelerating Mindler's growth in the UK healthcare market, particularly private medical insurance, income protection insurance and NHS Talking Therapies. You will build on Mindler's established market presence and work alongside our existing account management team. You will identify and develop new commercial opportunities, establish relationships with senior decision-makers, and take opportunities from initial engagement through to contract signature.
