Job Scope & Responsibilities Manage source code and build activities Install, customize, configure, and support SailPoint and other identity provisioning and governance tools Develop custom reports, workflows, and connectors (as needed) Architect, design, and implement large-scale identity and access management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ and IdentityNow. Participate / Lead in development, testing and deployment of solutions, Advanced debugging and troubleshooting of issues, including interacting with technology vendors. Lead requirements gathering, design documentation by conducting workshops in onsite/offshore delivery model for multiple projects. Customize, configure, and develop IAM solution integrations using requirements and design and independently manage project deliverables to successful completion. Interact with various client business units to drive adoption and get requirements from application owners and onboard those applications into IAM Solution Onboard applications like Workday, SAP, Active Directory, GoogleApps, ServiceNow etc., and integrate with joiner/mover/leaver, access request and access review processes Lead process compliance activities by identifying and driving initiatives that are relevant for the project delivery and help factor reusability and related benefits.
