We are looking for a world class Global Talent Acquisition resource to support our rapid growth. This employee will manage all aspects of the talent acquisition process for a variety of openings. This is a temporary, project-based opportunity. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume recruiting within the technology and logistics sectors. This is a 100% remote position, and we welcome applicants from all U.S. time zones; however, candidates must be available to work during standard business hours. Responsibilities: Source and screen candidates using the latest social recruiting vehicles, Internet, websites, resume databases, networking, job fairs, professional organizations Maintain job postings Lead Intake meetings with Hiring Managers, conduct phone screens and interviews, and collect and share feedback from both Candidates and Hiring Managers to keep all parties informed with updates Maintain current and accurate data in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide detailed documentation of all recruiting and hiring activities in the system Provide timely feedback and updates to candidates, Hiring Managers Collaborate with Hiring Managers on hiring decisions, salary negotiation, delivering offers, and closing Candidates Interact with a diverse audience, including different levels of management Collaborate and partner with cross-functional teams on projects outside the talent acquisition organization Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum
