Manage VIP and group movements (10 + seats, room blocks, sports rosters). Clear Company's queue checks to ensure zero-error PNRs (no canned scripts). Own the inbox—write clear, on-brand emails; hop on calls when needed. Re-accommodate during IRROPS; understand airline debit memos and how to avoid them.
