What You'll Do: Inbound Reservation Sales – 80% Manage all external inbound reservation and accommodation sales calls. Conduct effective needs analysis to understand each guest's accommodation requirements, purpose of stay, priorities and preferences. Convert inbound enquiries into confirmed reservations wherever possible. Confidently communicate the value of Quest Robina and recommend the most appropriate apartment type and accommodation solution. Identify and action opportunities to upsell apartment categories, length of stay, inclusions and other relevant products or services. Maintain a strong understanding of rates, availability, restrictions and revenue strategy
