Report to medical auditor/QA manager to assure quality of care by enforcing adherence to state board of nursing and state nurse practice act requirements, Restore policies and procedures and other governing agency regulations. Determining skills checklists are completed andon file Sample Chart audits and other virtual medical auditing to ensure facility compliance with written medical protocols Ensure charts have required documents uploaded, alerts and notes present Communicate via email to nurses regarding corrections needed Identify patterns with safety incidents among locations/nurses Continue a close relationship with the education team to provide feedback/develop process improveme
