Position Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Head of SEO, AEO & Local Search to take full ownership of the company's search strategy, products, processes, team, and client results. This is not a traditional SEO execution role. The successful candidate will inherit an existing SEO and Local SEO foundation, enhance it significantly, and develop a scalable search operation covering: Traditional SEO Technical SEO Local SEO Google Business Profile Optimization Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and AI Search Visibility Search Atlas Workflows Content and Landing Page Strategy Reporting and Quality Assurance AI Agents and Workflow Automation The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, ca
