Your Role: As a Data Analyst, you will: Pull requested data from various sources ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Model and clean the data so it's ready to analyze. Analyze data that has been cleaned to outline trends, sentiments, or process pain points. Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports including but not limited to items such as contact centre stats, sales numbers for finance, quality results, and social media sentiments. Maintain the company intranet site (namely SharePoint, JIRA, and Confluence), as well as current and new workflows to ensure all are working as designed.
