Your role: As an Activation Ops Manager , you will be one of the most senior team members. You will oversee a team of Activation Ops Supervisors and Specialists across multiple client accounts. Depending on the team structure, this may include directly managing Specialists where there is no Supervisor layer. The core pillars of the AO Manager role include: Supporting the PHLP LT to ensure the strategic roadmap for the department is implemented and business needs are being met. Serving as the bridge between client leadership, PHLP LT, and the AO team to ensure client needs are met and efficiencies are driven where possible.
