You support companies in introducing and further developing ManageEngine monitoring solutions and guide them from requirements analysis and implementation through to productive operation. As the exclusive distributor of ManageEngine for IT management and IT security in Germany, we rely on your technical expertise and consulting skills. You will work 100% remotely with occasional on-site visits to customers. Your responsibilities: Consulting clients: As the central point of contact for technical questions, you support our customers in optimizing their user, permission, and identity management processes. Analyzing requirements: You analyze technical requirements and derive the appropriate configuration of the solutions. Implementing monitoring solutions: You implement ManageEngine's monitoring solutions in demanding customer environments. Connecting systems: You integrate monitoring solutions into existing IT infrastructures. First-level support: You analyze technical errors and assist our customers with troubleshooting. Sharing knowledge: You impart knowledge to our customers through workshops, training courses, practical videos, and trade fair presentations.
