Your responsibilities: Implementing and further developing ManageEngine solutions in the areas of Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Security Information & Event Management (SIEM) in demanding customer environments (knowledge of IT Operations Management [ITOM] is a plus); analyzing technical requirements as well as configuring and integrating solutions into existing IT infrastructures; providing technical consulting to our customers on optimizing user, permission, and identity management processes, while acting as the central point of contact for technical inquiries; integrating ManageEngine solutions with third-party systems via scripting and REST APIs; performing error analysis.
