In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. Scope of Work Review and analyze property damage evidence, including loss photos, inspection notes, restoration estimates, and policy documents submitted digitally. Draft well-reasoned coverage determinations or estimate reviews, reflecting the standards of professional desk adjusting or restoration estimation. Assess the appropriateness of restoration scopes and estimate accuracy using Xactimate or similar software. Identify key factors, causality, and policy coverage issues in flood, wildfire, and other real property claims. Document methodology, findings, and supporting rationale in clear, concise written reports with high attention to detail. Collaborate with project coordinators to align on deliverable requirements and feedback processes. Offer nuanced insights and domain-specific commentary to help
