Role Title: Investment Banking & M&A Expert Role Type: Contractor Location: Remote - US/Canada preferred; UK and Latin America also considered Pay: $60-120/hr. Paid per task Time commitment: 10+ hours/week required; 20+ preferred. Time per task: Approximately 3 hours, following approximately 15 hours of initial environment development. Estimates include agent execution time. Your tasks: Build realistic transaction environments and use AI agents to create and review valuation models, deal materials, task instructions, and objective evaluation criteria. micro1 is engaging experienced investment banking and M&A professionals to help build tasks that measure how effectively AI systems can perform complex transaction work. You’ll turn live-deal workflows into realistic scenarios, supporting files, and client-facing deliverables. Hands-on experience with agentic AI tools is required: you’ll work with agents to develop the materials and independently verify their quality. Scope of Work Build realistic transaction environments containing company information, financial statements, diligence materials, and deal context. Design multi-step tasks involving valuation, comparable-company analysis, financial modeling, and sell-side advisory. Use agentic AI tools to develop and review CIMs, pitch books, valuation models, and supporting deliverables.
