Scope of Work Listen to authentic air traffic control (ATC) radio transmissions and accurately transcribe audio following detailed project guidelines Extract and document key flight instructions, including headings, altitudes, and radio frequencies Reference supporting materials such as airport diagrams, navigational charts, and aircraft positioning data to ensure precise transcription and annotation Apply aviation experience to interpret diverse communication styles, accents, and operational contexts commonly encountered in real-world ATC Meet a rigorous standard for transcription accuracy, targeting a 2% word error rate or better Contribute feedback for ongoing improvements to guidelines, processes, and AI understanding of ATC communications Preferred Qualifications Active or former professional pilot with substantial experience in real-world flight operations Fluency in English, with proven ability to interpret and communicate complex ATC instructions Experience operating internationally and understanding a variety of r
