THE JOB: The Cyber Security Lead Engineer is a hands-on individual contributor responsible for evaluating, implementing, optimizing, and maturing the cybersecurity tools and technologies used by MGM Resorts International under the direction of the Cyber Security Architecture team. This role serves as a senior technical escalation point for operational incidents within the cybersecurity tool ecosystem and partners cross-functionally to enhance the performance, scalability, resilience, and overall effectiveness of enterprise security solutions while supporting evolving business and security objectives. THE DAY-TO-DAY: Build, implement, and deploy cybersecurity technology solutions in alignment with approved architecture standards and enterprise security strategies. Partner with PMO and IT teams to ensure cybersecurity requirements and reference architecture standards are integrated throughout the full project lifecycle.
