Jr. Engineering Analyst | Integrated Management

You will be part of the Integrated Construction Management team. Responsibilities include remote management and inspection of all construction phases: foundations, structure, building installations, HVAC, finishes, and final delivery to the client nationwide. Monitor and control detailed schedules, track deviations, analyze risks, and propose corrective action plans. Conduct periodic technical inspections, issuing photographic and technical reports to record non-conformities, physical progress, and pending construction items. Manage construction documentation, ensuring the organization of projects, contracts, measurements, meeting minutes, and field logs. Control deadlines, costs, and quality, ensuring compliance with the contracted scope and delivery according to the approved plan. Maintain an active interface with internal areas (engineering, procurement, and planning) to ensure smooth approvals and decision-making. Apply Lean Construction planning methodologies with a focus on productivity, waste reduction, and execution efficiency. Coordinate suppliers and construction companies to ensure integration among vendors. Participate in in-person and remote meetings with clients, designers, and contractors to ensure technical and strategic alignment. Ensure best construction practices, occupational safety, and execution quality in accordance with applicable ABNT standards and Regulatory Norms (NRs). Requirements: Completed higher education in Civil Engineering.
