Affiliate Coordinator

This is a remote position. We’re looking for an Affiliate Coordinator to join our performance-focused agency and support the operational delivery and optimization of affiliate and partnership programs across a portfolio of clients. This is a support-focused, hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep campaigns running smoothly, data accurate and programs continuously improving. You’ll work closely with the Affiliate & Partnership team to help optimize performance, maintain program hygiene and ensure best-practice operations across all affiliate activity. The Role You will support the operational delivery and optimization of affiliate programs, including: Supporting the day-to-day operations of affiliate programs across platforms such as Commission Factory, Impact.com and Rakuten Maintaining and updating partner listings, links, creatives and tracking across affiliate platforms Supporting ongoing optimization of partner activity, commission structures and placements to improve performance and efficiency Assisting with partner approvals, compliance checks and program hygiene Supporting campaign set-ups, launch checks and post-campaign wrap-ups Monitoring program activity and flagging opportunities, risks or anomalies to the wider team Preparing operational and performance reports using affiliate platforms and analytics tools Maintaining internal trackers, processes and workflows to support efficient program delivery Supporting competitor a
