As a member of our growing recruiting team, you’ll partner directly with leaders across these functions to own full-cycle recruiting for work that is foundational to Mercury ’s ability to operate and scale. You’ll serve as an embedded strategic partner with the teams you support: define specialized profiles, navigate nuanced talent markets, and build teams that protect Mercury , our customers, and the broader financial ecosystem.
